Programs
At the School for Wee Ones we share God's love, learn a lot, and have some fun!
3-Year Old Preschool Class
Our 3’s class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:50–11:30 AM. We begin each morning with calendar and weather time to help children ease into the day and build simple routines. From there, students rotate through hands‑on centers where they explore letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and enjoy meaningful play with their classmates.
We incorporate the Minds in Motion program throughout the week, giving children fun opportunities to balance, roll, jump, track with their eyes, and strengthen important motor skills. Our mornings also include age‑appropriate biblical stories, songs, and conversations that help children learn about God’s love in simple, joyful ways.
Students share a snack together, listen to a story, celebrate special holidays throughout the year, and enjoy plenty of time to play, imagine, and build friendships. We wrap up with a closing carpet time where we talk about the day and all the fun, learning, and movement we fit into our short but lively morning together.
4-Year Old Preschool Class
Our 4’s class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:50 AM to 12:00 PM. We begin each morning with calendar, weather, and simple sequencing concepts like yesterday, today, and tomorrow to help students build routine and early critical‑thinking skills. After our morning meeting, children rotate through centers where they practice letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and a variety of kindergarten‑readiness skills, all while enjoying meaningful play and building friendships.
Throughout the week, we incorporate the Minds in Motion program to support balance, coordination, eye‑tracking, and other important motor skills. Our mornings also include age‑appropriate biblical stories, songs, and conversations that help children understand God’s love in ways that are simple, joyful, and easy for them to connect with.
Students share a snack, listen to stories, celebrate special holidays together, and enjoy plenty of time to imagine, create, and explore. We wrap up with a closing carpet time where we reflect on the day and all the learning, movement, and fun we fit into our morning.
We do our best to prepare each child for kindergarten, homeschooling, or whatever educational path your family chooses by creating a warm, structured environment that mirrors the routines and expectations they’ll encounter next year while still keeping childhood wonder and play at the heart of everything we do.
